Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a user, client, student, guardian or business contact and want information associated with our service deleted, you can submit a deletion request.

How to request deletion

1. Contact wecansoft software solutions by phone or WhatsApp at +20 100 965 5072.
2. State that you are requesting data deletion.
3. Provide enough information to identify the relevant account or record without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
4. We may need to verify your identity or authority.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete or anonymize data that we control and that is not required for legitimate security, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. If data is controlled by an educational center using our software, we may direct the request to that center or assist it in processing the request.
