• Business account and contact information supplied by clients.
• Student or guardian information entered by an authorized educational center when required for its operations.

• Technical logs needed for security, troubleshooting and delivery-status tracking.

Purpose

We process information only to provide requested software functionality, support users, operate authorized messaging workflows, maintain security and comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.

WhatsApp Business Platform

Where a client connects a WhatsApp Business Account, our systems may process identifiers and messaging metadata required to send approved communications and receive delivery status updates. We do not sell WhatsApp message data.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure or platform providers only when needed to provide the service, maintain security or comply with law.

Retention and security
