Authorized use

Messaging services

When WhatsApp Business Platform functionality is used, clients are responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp and Meta policies, including consent, template and messaging requirements.

Availability

Third-party platforms, internet services and external APIs may experience interruptions outside our control.

Security

Clients must protect credentials, API keys and devices and notify us if unauthorized access is suspected.
